I live in the wonderful small town of Audubon NJ - “America’s Most Patriotic Small Town”. It’s a great place to live. Being a Realtor and a homeowner = me being obsessively interested in what is happening with residential property in my town.

I have been putting a report together every month, just for myself. I recently decided to start sharing the information. I hope that it’s as useful to my home-owning neighbors as it is to me.

The roof over our heads, apart from being Home, is also an investment. Whether we have bought a home as a stepping stone or a forever home, the value of our property can provide a large part of our financial wealth and security.
